Connect WaqtlyRemote with your Waqtly

Control your Waqtly from your phone with the WaqtlyRemote app. Follow these steps to connect both devices.

1. Open WaqtlyRemote on your Waqtly

Tap the WaqtlyRemote icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

A QR code and a 6-digit PIN appear on the screen.

2. Install WaqtlyRemote on your phone

Download the WaqtlyRemote app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Open the app and tap "Start".

3. Connect with the QR code (recommended)

Allow the WaqtlyRemote app to use your camera.

Once camera access is granted, you see a screen like this.

Scan the QR code shown on your Waqtly.

Accept the pairing request on your Waqtly.

4. Connect with the PIN (alternative)

On your phone, tap "Use PIN instead" rather than scanning the QR code.

Enter the 6-digit PIN shown on your Waqtly.

Accept the pairing request on your Waqtly.

5. Done

Once paired, you can control your Waqtly from the WaqtlyRemote app.

Manage paired devices

Up to three phones can be paired with one Waqtly at the same time. As the owner, you can remove a paired device like this.

1. Open WaqtlyRemote on your Waqtly

Tap the WaqtlyRemote icon to open the WaqtlyRemote settings.

2. Manage devices

Select "Manage Devices" in the menu. You see a list of all phones currently connected to your Waqtly.

3. Remove a device

Tap the name of the device you want to remove from the list.
